Expert Hip Pain Physical Therapy in Dall

Hip pain doesn't have to keep you on the sidelines. At Proximity Performance, Dr. Rever goes beyond symptom relief to find the root cause — so you can get back to running, lifting, and competing for good. No referrals. No insurance hassles. Just 60-minute, one-on-one sessions built entirely around you. Serving active adults and athletes across Dallas, TX.

Hip Pain That Won't Quit — Sound Familiar?

You've Tried Everything. Body

Rest, foam rolling, generic exercises from YouTube — nothing sticks. That's because hip pain rarely has a single obvious fix. Without a proper movement assessment, you're guessing. And guessing costs you time, money, and miles.

You're Losing Ground. Body

Every week you can't train, run, or move without pain is a week your strength, mobility, and confidence erode. Hip impingement, labral tears, and groin strains don't resolve on their own — and ignoring them raises your risk of a bigger injury down the road.

The System Isn't Built for You. Body

Most clinics book you with an aide, split your session time, and hand you a generic protocol. You get 15 minutes with a PT — if you're lucky. That's not a path to recovery. That's a revolving door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started with hip pain physical therapy near me in Dallas, TX.

Do I need a referral to see Dr. Rever?

No. Proximity Performance is a direct-access physical therapy clinic — you can book an appointment without a physician referral. Just call or fill out the contact form and we'll get you scheduled.

Do you accept insurance?

Proximity Performance is a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. This allows Dr. Rever to spend 100% of every session focused on you — not on paperwork. We accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide detailed superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What does a typical session look like?

Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Rever — no aides, no handoffs, no shared time. Your first visit includes a comprehensive movement and functional assessment so we can identify the root cause of your hip pain and build a personalized treatment plan. Subsequent sessions combine hands-on manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercise, and real-time coaching.
